1. GENERAL TERMS
• I retain the right to showcase the process of creating the artwork as well as the final artwork both in digital and physical forms.
• Prices will be set based on your demands and requirements• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason
2. PAYMENT
• Payments are done via PayPal, in USD, EUR or CZK currency (if agreed beforehand, payments can be done via an invoice and a direct bank transfer).
• Payments are done after a sketch has been reviewed in their entirety or split 50% upfront and 50% after the final product. (The full resolution artwork will be sent only after the complete payment has been made)
4. REVISIONS
• Three revisions are included in the price; any extra revisions might increase the final price.
• The scale of your required revisions decreases with progress made on the artwork (e.g., changing a pose of a character in the final stages of the process could mean reworking the entire artwork – this would not be in alignment with revisions offered and charged as an extra)
5. COPYRIGHT AND USAGE FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES
If you are ordering a commission for a commercial purpose, you have to state in which form the artwork will be used and it has to be stated BEFORE the order has been accepted.
If this was not clearly stated before I accept the order, I retain the complete copyright to the commissioned artwork
6. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason
• After reviewing and accepting sent sketches, only a maximum of half of the amount paid will be refunded, according to the time spent on the artwork. Examples of my process are shown on my website.
• I WILL NOT refund any payments made after work is completed
If the buyer violates any of the rights mentioned above or cancels the order, they will lose all the rights to the commissioned artwork and the artist (Petr Donát (Xeninda)) will regain the rights to the artwork in their entirety.
